Your people.
Amazing energy.
"I'm pickin' up Good Vibrations..."
A shared singing experience that helps people connect, lifts the energy, and leaves a lasting impression. (No musical experience required).
Crowd Choir is a shared experience. A memorable activity where people step out of their job titles and come together to connect, and create something a little bit magical.
It's not about performance. No one needs to be 'good' at singing. It's about doing something together.
Designed for organisations who care about what it really means - and how it feels - to be human at work.
For many events, it quite literally sets the tone - opening the door to a different quality of presence and contribution for whatever comes next. Or, just as powerfully, it can close an event on a shared high.
Led by Tabitha Beaven, UK-based, founder and facilitator of Crowd Choir.
Some organisations choose Crowd Choir because they've seen that some things land better when they are experienced, not explained.
Culture isn't built through statements on the wall. It's shaped in moments - in how people feel when they work together.
So much of working life lives in the head. Thinking, planning, deciding.
Singing shifts the emphasis to the body. Listening, feeling, expressing.
When people sing together, they aren't sharing opinions or ideas. They share their voice. Their unique vibration. They share a little more of themselves.
What emerges is powerful:
Connection - the real kind, not forced interaction
Creativity and contribution - without pressure
Belonging - without trying to fit in
Together we create an experience people remember - because they connect head, heart and body. They feel it, and express it.
There WILL be hesitation. Sometimes total resistance. Almost always... curiosity.
Through gentle invitation and permission to play, something loosens. We make noise. Bodies vibrate. People stop watching themselves so closely.
The energy starts to shift and the magic of making music takes over.
There's a buzz. Chitter-chatter. You can feel a moment of shared excitement move through the group.
There's often a moment of: "WOW, we did that".
Exhilaration comes from creating something that didn't exist before - and in a way no-one imagined while eating their cornflakes that morning.
(A fancy word for goosebumps)
You value humanity, creativity and psychological safety at work
You want to offer your people an experience that feels generous and alive
You understand that not everything meaningful needs to prove itself
You're creating moments that matter and want them to be remembered - a gathering, a celebration, a coming-together
We'll need a room (or space) where we're free to make a racket. It works best for groups of 50+, ideally with a big screen for lyrics - though anything is possible.
Tabitha is no stranger to facilitating in a field.
You're looking for a tightly defined learning outcome
You need the experience to justify itself through metrics
You're not ready for people to show up in their full humanity
You believe work is no place for joy or play
And that's okay.)
"...we're planning a conference or event and we want to create a moment where people can show up fully, to connect with themselves, each other and what it means to work here."
Music to my ears.
No pressure. Let's have a conversation about what you're creating and whether Crowd Choir belongs there.
